Booking Terms and Conditions

Taxes & Service Charge

• Room rates are subject to 10% Bhutan Sales Tax & 10% Service charge.
• Meal rates are subject to 10%Bhutan Sales Tax & 10% Service charge.

Payment Policy

• 30% deposit required to secure the rooms
• Balance payment required 30 days prior to check-in date
• 100% deposit required for booking done less 30 days prior to check-in date

Cancellation Policy

• 30% cancellation fee will be charge for booking cancelled between 45-30 days prior to check-in date
• 50% cancellation fee will be charged for booking cancelled between 30-14 days prior to check-in date
• 100% cancellation fee will be charged for booking cancelled less tan 14 days prior to check-in date
• 100% cancellation fee will be charged for No-Show, early departure.

Tshechu Week Policy

• No Discount shall be extended for Tshechu week bookings, i.e. 2 days proceeding & succeeding the festival date + festival date.
• Tshechu Week Policy Applicable as below
  • Paro Tshechu (15^th  – 23^rd Mar 2019) Applicable for Thimphu Hotels
  • Thimphu Tshechu (5^th – 12^th Oct 2019) Applicable for Thimphu Hotels
  • Gangtey Tshechu (9^th – 15^th Oct 2019) Applicable for Phobjikha Hotels
  • Jarkar Tshechu (3^rd – 11^th Nov 2019) Applicable for Bumthang Hotels
  • Black Necked Crane Festival (9^th – 13^th Nov 2019) Applicable for Phobjikha Hotels
  • Jambay Lakhang Drup (11^th – 18^th Nov 2019) Applicable for Bumthang Hotels
  • Mongar Tshechu (2^nd – 8^th Dec 2019) Applicable for Mongar Hotels
  • Trashigang Tshechu (3^rd – 9^th Dec 2019) Applicable for Mongar Hotels
